Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We like to get your fragrances to you as soon as possible, that’s why our policy is to ship all orders within 24hrs (weekends excluded). Due to high sales volume, we might need up to 2 business days to ship your order. Holidays may result in longer shipping time. Occasionally, we might run out of some decanted fragrances due to large volume of orders before inventory is updated. This may cause a delay in shipping that item or your entire order. We would contact you if that ever happens.
14-Day Return Policy
We 100% gaurantee that the sample, decant, or bottle of fragrance that you purchase from Soltan Fragrances is authentic and genuin perfume decanted by hand from the manufacturer’s perfume bottle. However, we can not gaurantee that you will like the scent of the fragrance. Therefore, once the product has been used, we can no longer accept the product to be returned or exchanged. If the fragrance has not been used, you can return it to us up to 14 days after you’ve received it. We make sure that your fragrances and decants are well protected during shipping. However, accidents happen. If your order arrived damaged, please take a picture of the damaged items and send us an email (email@example.com) including the picture of damaged product(s) and order number. The item can be replaced or refunded as you wish.
